MDF Raw

MDF - Medium Density Fiberboard – is formed by wood fibers bonded with synthetic resins in dry process with hot portends. This panel features a smooth, compact and homogeneous surface.

Its density is variable depending on the panel thickness.

MDF is nore homogeneous and it offers a wider range of solutions than chipboard.
Due ti its characteristics, MDF can be used in melamine paper, laminate, veneer, lacquer and varnish applications.
Its standard range is used in dry environments.

Other MDF ranges:

- Humidity resistant - consisting of wood particles bonded with resins, melamine-urea-formaldehyde for use in humid environments.

- Flame resistant - made ​​up of wood particles bonded with synthetic resins and ignifugant products, with physical and mechanical fire-retardant properties.

- Valchromat – made up of color wood fibres. It has humidity resistence.

- Softboard – made up of low-density wood fibres. Is used in thermal or acoustic insulation, or office solutions.
